Loading indicators are used to indicate the loading state of a view, section or element. Use loading indicators when information takes an extended amount of time to process and appear in the view.

Sizes
Use the large size loading dots to let the user know that the entire page or view is processing.
The small indicators shoud be reserved for individual elements, like buttons. Use the medium size to show that a section of UI or content is pending.
